First of all, I know that my idea of heavy duty is more like industrial strength. But this is decent for the price. Easy to assemble. Took about an hour and a half by myself in a fairly cramped area. And I'm short so needed to retrieve a small step ladder so I could put on the top piece! Good lighting helps! Because it is relatively tall and could become top heavy it is a good idea to fasten it to a wall. In doing so it enables you to move the hanger bars toward the outside a couple of spaces. When they are placed in the center of the rack my hangers hit the wall behind them and stay wedged at an angle. You don't want your clothes rubbing up against the wall and causing wear. Overall a satisfactory design, size and construction. I'd recommend it if you need an affordable garment rack!

Put this shelving system in my son's closet. I love that the shelves are adjustable in height, gives a significant amount of storage space. Really makes for easy organizing. Well made, very sturdy, and fairly light to move around.

I bought this almost a year ago at this point. It has surpassed all my expectations. One of my biggest worries was weight. I wanted it to be able to hold winter coats, boots, pants, etc. This holds an entire closets worth of clothes plus some. It is extremely study and has been put to the test (it has survived pets, climbing on shelves, children and more). I haven’t had to use this feature yet but it is able to be taken apart and moved if needed. The small shelf on the bottom is height adjustable too (neat feature). Would absolutely recommend. Worth the money.

This guy is sturdy, relatively easy to assemble, and does the trick. It provides the space for the long and the short of it, the hats, shoes, and the folded items.This is a good spend.

I love this thing. We do not have a lot of closet space in our house, so we had to figure out the best route for a growing family with lots of clothes. It is currently in my bedroom, but honestly it looks “fancy†enough that I don’t mind looking at it everyday. It can hold a LOT of clothes, and I love the shelf aspect of it for more storage space.

Love how you can decide where you want the pieces to go. Up high or down low. Toward the front or back, and even the middle where normal people might keep it. I have a budget size closet and a nonbudget wardrobe. I needed space and goodness me this is a good deal.The weight and build of the pipe is nice and thick. This is never going to collapse under weight. I mean heavy duty. Has a stone coat spray to resist scratching.The directions are not the easiest but that is ok because you can go on to youtube and just type assemmble product number and they have a step by step for each and every product they sell. They speak american English in the videos. Just your normal mom putting it together.The best thing in the world is you can take it apart as easy as you put it together. Screws do not hold this together. It uses gravity and equal and oppsite traction to do that. At first I thought what a pile of you know what. Then I put it together and realized it was not going through the area that I needed to get it to. I took it apart so easy and moved it. Just amazing. Just simply amazing. If they used screws and such then we know once it comes apart it is never going back. Screws also reduce strength. This is a well built item that will last a lifetime.

One of the shelves was damaged when I got it out of the box. It’s unfortunate to pay full price for damaged product. Otherwise the product is decent. Not super sturdy.

This rack is marketed as heavy duty. The metal poles are sturdy enough, but overall the rack is not heavy duty at all. There are plastic pieces that hold the shelves and hooks in place. They do not hold up well. Once assembled, the unit wobbles. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. Definitely not worth the cost.
