Just wish all these dollys came FULLY ASSEMBLED.Screwing the bolts that are inside the wheel support fork is a beast.It's admirable that it comes with 2 spare nuts a wrench and a driverUse the video to try to understand how to attach the cage.The cage is substantial. Heavy. Good deal of dense metal to it.

I was beyond irritated putting this thing together, no instructions, only a video that I found after the fact. That was at least helpful for me to fold the darn thing up. I wish I could get my money back! This cart has some weight on it too, if your in an apartment without elevators and live on a top floor, bringing this up and down is not ideal. When I got outside to fold it up, the wires were weird and did not fit into the slots and it was hard to shift them down in order for this thing to fold. I submitted a question in hopes someone could help me, but no response.I'm using this cart as a service provider, makeup artist. I needed something to transport my travel kit, light and chair in and out of hotels. I used it for the first time recently and the only good thing, it did give me what I needed to transport. I couldn't fold it up once I got in the hotel and what should have taken me seconds to fold, it took all but 5-10 min to get together. For some reason the wires are hard to collapse and fold. So super annoying.It has potential, hopefully someone will have a better outcome than I did.
