Great cart right out of the box. Just drop in the handles as everything else is pre assembled. They actually should cut out spaces for the wheels so the shippers could roll it around. This is a heavy duty cart with heavy duty wheels. Easy to load and move around in the shop. Bought another one.

I am a contracted delivery driver and was using a hand truck for my freight and it was enough. As my freight piece count per stop increased my time making the stop increased as well since I was making multiple trips inside with the hand truck. This cart has those stops down to 1 trip, saving time and money. The cart seems durable enough for what I do and has a reasonable cost. Graingers was WAY more expensive. Totally satisfied.

Good product. Would want the handles to have some sort of latch system for securing and releasing. Shipping, well that's a whole other nightmare. I finally had to track shipment down to shipping dock on a Saturday. Luckily a worker just happened to be there. I HAD to have them the next day as I was leaving on a job where I needed them. For $50 shipping per item, ( I ordered five) I did not get near my money's worth. Of course complaints fell on deaf ears.

This truck is great! I work at a large catering company and we have a number of utility carts and flat beds that we are constantly using to move paper supplies, accept deliveries and move orders to our vans. The other carts work just fine, but this truck can handle huge loads and still move easily, and the sides mean that you can load it up with much more than any of our flat beds.Also a great value and MaterialHW had it to me in just 2 days despite a 7-10 day delivery estimate.
