I didn’t know what to expect but this is very strong and super easy to install. It also comes with a bag to carry it.It is heavy but understandable for the purpose.

Pros:- Cheap- Hanging from it as a 300lbs guy isn't an issue. It feels very solid. (There's always going to be a little wobble in this type of leg, but it isn't noticeable unless you're staring at the legs.)Cons:- None of the holes were deburred, you have to remove metal remnants yourself in order for the legs to slide together and screws to fit.- One of the leg sections had screw holes but didn't have thread cut in them. I have the tools to tap thread myself, but for anyone who doesn't this would be a support call (at best) or a return.- Cheap is the name of the game for this manufacturer -- no money spend on quality or quality assurance. If you want a cheap frame and don't mind doing the spit and polish yourself, this is still a good deal.

I own a large, professional performance-quality Gunther rig (2+ times the height of this when assembled at its minimum height), but can't use it where I currently live, so I needed a small rig to use for conditioning (and for choreographing a lyra piece to be performed on a different rig of similar dimensions). This one does the job just fine.I wouldn't use it for drops or other skills with high dynamic loads, but it's too small for most of that stuff anyway (and isn't intended for those skills). For conditioning and working on reasonably-static skills, it's fine.I've included a couple of pix to offer a sense of the vertical dimensions at play.I'm 5'8"/173cm with fairly long legs for my height. Using a 36" (inside measurement) hoop hung low enough to allow for free spin, I don't have clearance for most under-the-bar skills (hence the sorta planche-variant single knee hang); likewise, Verukai from the top bar is doable but requires angling. I'm able to carefully do stuff in the spanset atop the bar, but it requires careful attention to avoid clonking my head.A smaller hoop would be a slightly better fit for this (also for me, but I'm using my husband's hoop ATM), and a lot of people prefer them anyway, so if you're planning on using this as a lyra rig, that's probably worth knowing. You have quite a bit of room to play further down, provided you're careful about angles and spin. For yoga hammock, I think this should be just fine; for trapeze, you can probably do some skills with single– or double–point rigging, but probably won't have room for much of anything under the bar if you want to be able to do anything in the ropes (I'll try to post some trap pix eventually). You could probably also do some basic straps or still-rings stuff on this thing.Assembly is extremely straightforward:—Screw everything together—Make sure to double-check the tightness of all the joints—Add and tighten the straps—Do crimesOkay, maybe skip that last step. The only quibble I have design-wise is that I'd rather have a tension strap that runs all the way around the bottom of the rig, but that's easy enough to add, and for the price I really can't complain.First-time setup took about 20 minutes with two people. We both have experience setting up aerial rigs, but this one's sufficiently self-explanatory that I don't think it should be too hard for most people. As always: if you're going to take up any aerial discipline, please seek out qualified training and get some solid basics under your belt before jumping into it at home. Your body will thank you for learning good technique, and so will your brain.Likewise, although you're not going to get up too high on this guy, please use at least a basic crash mat. It's much cheaper and less inconvenient than a trip to the ER. Also, it gives you a comfortable place to lie down when you're exhausted from doing six million pull-ups.

I have been waiting for this for a very long time! A bit disappointed it’s not as size adjustable as I thought but very very good quality very large and it holds me perfectly!

Item arrived in a mangled mess of a box. Once opened, 2 rods were bent, paint was chipped off on other pieces, and there was welding slag and carbon debris all over the pieces. What a garbage product. We still put it together just to see the finished item, it was beyond unsteady and felt like it would collapse if we beared any weight on it.
