This perfect for my bed - I have a Havanese and she was having a hard time jumping on my bed but once she saw the stairs she could easily climb up them onto my bed. It is very sturdy and good cushion. Worth the price and once I opened the box it assembled rather quickly.

Sturdy and super easy to assemble and use. Better than I imagined. I use for my 12 pound dog who is having issues with jumping from an injury. Perfect size to my couch and ease for her. Sturdier stairs than I've seen out there!! I was worried when I first opened package till it popped up and set. Love them!

Soft, sturdy, great for dog. My only complaint is the stair steps aren’t sealed in so they tend to slide out.Works great for my dog

Came packaged in a box within a box, then shrink wrapped to a tiny size. Thought this will never work. But they popped into the right shape right away. The slats for the steps are a good idea to keep the stairs from sagging with use. So far the dogs seem to like them . (2 Havanese dogs)

We have a 14 year old Shih Tzu, we have always lifted him in and out of bed. A few times recently he decided to jump- not good!!! So we decided to try steps, these worked perfectly; they are the right height for a higher bed and the step height for each step is not too high. Easy to move around.

Bought these because they are taller and the price was good, what a disappointment. They are flimsy and unstable. The worst part is that they are vacuum sealed upon arrival so once they are removed from the bags and box and realize you don't want them, you have to find an even bigger box to return it. Not only that but once you choose to return it, the seller will not give you a full refund. They will charge you a restocking fee. Don't waste your money.Edit5 stars for customer service.The seller contacted me to rectify the situation. Their customer service was AMAZING. They gave me a full refund and allowed me to keep the product. Since I had no use for it, I decided to return it. Best customer service I've ever received from Amazon. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I couldn't use the product.

I love that the fabric matches our couch's color and the height is great. The only thing is the cover isn't tight – there's a bit too much fabric at the top. Maybe the foam didn't fully expand, but it's been a week, so I doubt it will now. Oh and the fabric is quite thin and the zipper very delicate. I am wondering how durable it will be. We’ll see.Anyway, it does the job and looks good.

Love these stairs! We have a senior chihuahua-mix dog who can no longer jump up on the bed on his own. We put these "stairs" by the bed and he ran right up! He actually finds it easier to use than actual steps because this is more like a rolling hill than 90° steps. Nice soft fabric covering on it that is removable so it can be washed. They're lightweight, so they're really easy to move around. They feel narrow to me, given the height, but our dog doesn't seem bothered by that (he's 11 lbs.). Anyway, they look great, work great, they don't move when our dog goes up or down them ... I'd buy this product again.

My dog has no issues with these stairs, so he is using them. He jumps down from my bed with these stairs he uses the three step one (different brand) to jump up to the bed.
