I didn't realize this was iron-on tape when I ordered it. You get a lot of tape for the money and I ordered for that reason.This is iron on tape. It has a sturdy construction. You wet the tape and iron it down. It takes seconds for the tape to adhere to the cloth. You can use it on a variety of things, shirts, pants, skirts, curtains, etc.This would work well as regular hem tape. It is not thick and won't show under the cloth at the hem. This is affordable, you get a lot in one package. It works very well. It is easy to use. In my book that is a WIN, WIN, WIN!
