These little scisssors are great! They are presented as herb shears but I have found all sorts of uses for them, for so many ingredients that need to be shredded, cut or chopped into small pieces. I even tried them on uncooked sausage to mix into stuffing, which is otherwise hard to separate by hand into small enough pieces. They are very sharp, and a great time saver. Easy to clean with the multipurpose cover that quickly whisks out the small pieces left so it can be washed. Every cook needs one!

Heute zum ersten und letzten Mal damit Kräuter geschnitten.. Zumindest versucht, aber die Petersilie war stärker als die 5 klingen der Schere!?War quasi Stumpf und ich hatte viele kleine Kräuterhügelchen in der Küche verteilt. Mit Messer oder normaler küchenschere kommt man wesentlich weiter..

Works well. Used it on chives, parsley and dill so far. I used it on small bunches as it is harder to use the scissors with a big bunch of herbs.
