HERM. SPRENGER CLICLOCK BUCKLE:
The buckle is made from black stainless steel, and the plastic protective jacket is made from high quality durable plastic. This buckle allows easy application and removal of an ordinary training dog collar thanks to the simple opening and closing mechanism. This robust quick release buckle replaces the center plate of Herm. Sprenger dog training collar and eliminates the need to disconnect and reconnect links when using the collar. Plastic jacket slides over the enclosure to provide extra protection from accidental opening. Buckle will not disrupt general appearance of the collar and will not compromise collar’s training function and capability.
Please note: It is always recommended to use a backup dog collar while training your dog.

his ClicLock buckle has made using my prong collar so much easier! The quick-release mechanism is incredibly convenient, allowing me to put the collar on and take it off my dog in seconds. I bought this for my wife who struggles with putting on and taking off a prong collar for our Malinois. It was easy to swap out the trachea plate and replace it with this clasp. The clasp is sturdy and easy to use.I have not tested it with more aggressive uses like bite work, but for regular training it has functioned well. (I would use the regular trachea plate for bite work because it is less likely to fail or release by mistake)

No issues with this other than the cover can fall of easily, but it hasn’t been a big deal. Easy to use, much better than having to wrap the collar around the head. Product seems to be high quality, and has never came loose or apart followed by pulling.

We have the Herm pinch collar for our Lab and the collar is absolutely great but my wife has difficulty putting it on and off. Here makes this quick connect/disconnect which fits their collars perfectly. Comes in three sizes as does the collar. This works great and I wish that it came standard on the Herm collars but it doesn’t. This solves the issue of the difficulty of using the collar.
