I took this an my trip to the U.K. for the first time. An though the price may be a bit high it is about in caliber as all other the others on the market. It is very compact in design ,which is very helpful when you’re trying to pack for a Trans-Atlantic trip and need to fit as much as possible in your luggage. There are multiple ports that will let you plug in a couple of your electronics. However, one of the drawbacks is because of one of its strengths. Due it it being so compact it can be difficult to fit all the plugs onto the adapter due to the different size in plugs. Now the problem is alleviated if you bring a multi-outlet adapter along but that would take up more space. So if you don’t have a lot of electronics to plug in you can take the adaptor alone on be completely fine. Otherwise investing in a multi-outlet adaptor would be a very smart play. Other than that this product is great and I personally am very satisfied in my purchase and can wait for the next chance to use it again.

This hero adaptor does not work for polarized plugs. Let me explain. Since 1962, most plugs had a wide and a normal male prong config. By 1964 , all mobile appliances have them and although Hero adaptor will fit most plug configs in phillipines, your mobile appliances have nowhere ON THE HERO ADAPTOR THAT will accept the male plug prongs from your mobile appliances.I wrote them and still no reply so I am surmising they are another company all about the money and not about backing their product. There was a message from HERO CEO, telling you to write him if any issues and that was all a deceitful statement. Please save yourself grief and try another adaptor that is up to date with current NEC refs, licensed electrician
