At this point, all skiing / snowboarding mittens should include a tether (wrist strap) so that the glove won't fall off the ski lift. Most gloves and mitts have them, but these don't. It's a small item but important.Other than that, these are good quality mitts. But not the first choice for actual skiing or snowboarding.

I bought these for my 5-year-old grandson for skiing. They DO NOT keep his fingers warm. Waste of money and now looking for other brands.
