This steamer looks nice and creates a lot of steam pretty quickly. It has a variety of attachments, which I like. The plastic the attachments are made out of doesn't seem very durable. The extension nozzle is a bit difficult to attach because it has extra molding inside where it shouldn't. The 6th and 7th pictures are of the extension nozzle and the inside of it. The extension hose is also a bit difficult to attach, although I'm not sure why. Both my husband and I have attached it (a few times) and it takes a little bit of work to get it on there. Once it's on, it works well and doesn't have any leaks. The angle nozzle and round brushes are very easy to attach. I used the angle nozzle to try cleaning grout (around 6: 1 ft tile squares) on a bathroom floor and it grazed the grout lightly a few times in the process. The nozzle is already scratched up just from that. The last 2 pictures are what the nozzle looks like now.The biggest issue I have with it is that when you turn it on, it starts spraying steam during the heating process and won't come to pressure unless you unlock the handle and squeeze it once (switching it to the on position) then let go. At that point it will stop spraying steam & locks itself closed again. Then it will pressurize/finish making steam the rest of the way so the light will turn green. I feel like that's a bit of a safety issue. We certainly weren't expecting it to do that, and I read all of the information that came with it before ever trying it. If anyone was standing in front of it while it was heating up, they could get burned. I don't think it is supposed to do that. Additionally, the description states that you can "Simply slide the button on the handle to the "lock" position for continuous steam flow, eliminating the need for constant pressing.", but mine does not have that ability at all. Its normal state is "locked" closed. You have to flick up/push up the unlock button in order to be able to squeeze the handle and allow steam out. Once it's up putting out steam, it can't be locked in that position.All in all, this steamer produces steam the way it should, which is worth 3 stars. I think there are shortcomings with the quality of the attachments and it's a bit dangerous that mine sprays steam uncontrollably during the preheating process. Mine also doesn't lock open the way the descriptions says that it will, so there is no continuous cleaning mode option. I think that it could be improved, but it does work as a steamer and creates a good amount of steam.

So love this steamer. Wish there was a water gage. But im a steaming machine.

Very,VERY hard to operate! The main problem is the childproof button for the steam. Very hard to push and must be constantly pushed in order to get steam. I would not recommend. Have sent it back

I ordered this to replace a steam cleaner I've had for years that looks exactly like this one. So I assumed they might be similar in quality. Nope. This one is like it's smaller, less efficient cousin. Everything about this feels cheap. The accessories don't fit right. The brushes are too small and thin and the hose is too short. When you start it up, it spits hot steam every single time. But, to be honest, my other steamer did that too. This worked perfectly for the first hour that I used it. Now it won't stop leaking water. Sometimes the water is hot, and sometimes the water is cold. Also the cord length is ridiculously small when you consider that you're going to carry it around everywhere and clean. It stinks having to stop every few minutes to find a new outlet. This is especially frustrating when I'm trying to steam my mattress. Halfway through I have to find a new outlet to plug it in. This isn't a terrible steamer. It just could be a lot better.
