I love this product. I used it for my thanksgiving turkey this year. It was almost 20 pounds. It was ready in about 2 1/2 hours. It was a fresh turkey. It was so moist and juicy. The cleanup was so easy too. Better than the one I had before. I would recommend this product for anyone that wants a great product done right. I smoked it out at first like they told me too and it didn’t take long. I love the look of it I have a permanent place and it looks great there. Really great product.

Our old roaster was acting up and needed to find something that could handle a 20lb turkey for Thanksgiving, this thing is it! perfect size for a large turkey, has a nice window to keep an eye on things. Only concern is how quick they will actually cook a turkey, I think I will turn it down a little lower instead of finishing a turkey in 2 1/2 hours.

Been cooking in it for a while now. Works great and has a lot of space in it. The rack is a pain to clean, so I prefer to not use it and just add foil to the Pot instead.The Pot does get hot and is not as protected as similar Pots when it comes to heat, so you have to be careful not to touch it in the wrong spot and get burned.I did feel an electric current several times when touching the Pot and could feel a very light little shock...so that's something to keep an eye on.Other than that, works great.

Update 10/29/2024: This is an update to my previous review. I could hear back from the seller company soon after they were reached out - thanks to Amazon. The seller addressed my issue promptly in a satisfactory and very nice manner. I appreciate their business, and wish they have more attractive products to customers in the future . --SL--Earlier review:My family bought this roaster oven early last November and used for only a few times. Recently my wife used it for roasting a chicken at 375F but found the viewer window glass of the cover was broken to small pieces at near end of cooking. We have tried to contact the maker but so far it has been unsuccessful - its listed phone #707 xxx 9751 always auto-forwarding the calls to a voice box but it is ALWAYS full, then your call was terminated. We want the company to know that it is still within the warranty time (less than 1 year since purchase), and should address this issue. Highly doubt I would buy this product again with such a situation that its customer service is never unreachable.

It worked beautifully! I cooked a 20 lb turkey! It is self basting and was very moist. Plus it still browned the skin beautifully! My older toaster did not, so this was great! Excellent value!
