It comes in a nice plastic box. Fit my Grizzly mill without issues. Run-out is less than +- 0.0125mm.

Apparently the factory that makes these has one tired worn out threading machine that they push hard. I had to force a tap thru each of them. It looked like there was one thread imposed over another...? The tap had a hard time finding the thread. Expect to spend and afternoon re-threading/de-burring, lots of burs. For imperial size collets try precision Matthews brand, no burs, perfect threads. Obviously seconds. Burs 10-15mm long, but if no one is looks.
