Works just like it should and the color coded wires on the back make replacement a breeze. My prior card reader had some different wires, so comparing the description printed right on the back made it easy to install, and looks clean when mounted

Using these with a Wiegand access controller. Some of these have been exposed to the California elements for a few years and don't have any issues.
