Bought this for my boyfriend whose new office chair has a bar that can be felt against his upper back. Unfortunately, the top half of the pillow is not as wide as it looked and the measurements in the description are misleading as they only apply to the bottom. Though the pictures look like the top is almost as wide, it is not, it's much narrower. Otherwise, he says it's pretty comfy.

perfect for my needs. Not too thick and not to thin. Perfect for the chair I purchased it for. May eventually get another one. I like it as it has good head support too.
