Strong reflection for working out or walking in the dark and stretchy so it can fit over a big jacket or a backpack. I live in the NE and when I realized I was walking home from work in pitch black along busy roads, I wanted something to help me stand out so I wouldn't get hit when crossing the street and these have been perfect. It bunches up to throw into my backpack and then I can just put it on and buckle it when I'm on my way home. I'm short and not thin and it works great for me. I think this would work for a teenager and a full grown adult male with the available adjustments. Plus it's comfortable and I hardly realize I've got anything on.

I like to walk and wanted this lightweight reflective vest for when sun is going down. It's great and not bulky at all. I'm 5'2" and I was able to make the vest fit. I love it. Got two.

This was a good purchase for Halloween; it was Leigh weight and comfortable. It’s adjustable and the quality was better than I expected. The color was perfect for being out at night in the dark

As I read from other reviewers, this item DOES run smaller. I'm at the high end of large, so I purchased the XL size. Fits good with shoulder straps but waist belts are too small. The XXL size, I feel would be too large.

I’m really happy with this reflective vest! Once adjusted, it’s easy to slip on, and it’s lightweight, so it doesn’t feel bulky. The reflective material works incredibly well, making me very visible to cars and others at night, which gives me a lot more peace of mind while biking. These bells are not expensive but work as well as others. It is eye- catching and in the dark when there is a motor vehicle is approaching, it will reflect the light and the bells are clearly show out. Good product at low price!

I love to walk and hike. On the road and on trails. These prevent( I hope) being hit by cars or ahit by hunters. The are easy to put on even over heavy clothes. They are not uncomfortable. Good purchase..
