Great adjustment, larger to smaller. Easy to put on, seems pretty high quality.I haven't been hit yet, so they must work! Stylish, I don't look like a construction worker. Doesn't get in the way or snag things. I can clip my LED lights to it.Comes with two arm bands. I put those together and put them around my dogs body. Worked perfect for that. I suppose if you had a smaller waist you could use them for a belt.The cell phone pocket is 6" tall x 4.5" wide. Plenty to hold any cell phone. I updated my review with photos.

My husband and I ride bikes quite a bit and I wanted more safety for road and early or dusk rides. These do the job. The pocket is small and has a small Velcro closure. It is too small for my cell phone, but would work for ID, a tissue, or keys. I would give it a 5 star if it was a little bigger with a zipper, instead. The black adjustable waist bands are more slimming than the thick neon Velcro belts found in other brands. The vest could also be about an inch longer in the front and back for a better fit. The bands work great. The reflection properties work well.

This is a well-thought-out and made solution for nocturnal walking/running. It is very light, very comfortable, and gets the job done. There are no sidewalks in my neighborhood (thanks, developers) so a vest is key. When summer rolls around and I venture out without a t-shirt, it's nice to know that the front is cut away to avoid nipple-chafing. (Just applies to us men, ladies, keep your jog bras on). The 2 included reflective straps are a nice touch. I'm figuring a way to attach them to my dog. We walk about 5 miles/day in the dark. I recommend this product.

I cycle on the road a lot. I wear this when I am on the road which includes a lot of little to no shoulders.When I ride on the rail trails, I take it off and put it in my frame bag. It packs small, lightweight, and comfortable.I plan to use it for running as well.

I purchased this vest to wear on my horse trail rides. Overall pleased with the comfort, my only complaint is it slides up when moving in a cantor or a trot and I have to fix its placement. Also adaptable over jackets and layers. I recommended to my horse friends, adds visability and light weight.
