I love the different colors and that you can have them flashing or solid. I definitely feel safer running at night with these on. I put them around my ankles and they didn't bounce or bother me at all. They are kind of like the slap bracelets that were popular when i was a kid. Adjustable to any size wrist or ankle and super easy to charge. Def a great buy.

Bought these for when I walk my dog at night. We don’t have sidewalks so we walk on the street. They are bright and easy to use. They allow us to be seen more easily.Easy to charge and they hold there charge well. I could see using if I were a runner and ran at night.I would recommend

I walk narrow roads without lights or sidewalks. I have been using the flashing lights you see on bicycles on my jacket arms. One facing front, one rear. Often cars still don't see me and I have to jump into brambles so I won't be hit. Today I recieved my snap on lights. Wrapped them on my ankles. First time every single car that passed my swerved into the opposite lane so I had lots of room. Snaps on over jacket or bare ams or wrist or ankles which I like best. I am in awe of how the cars responded when they could see these lights. Very easy to charge with the new USB cord. Bet they'd fit a dog collar and children too. Buy them! You'll be do glad you did.

I added myself to the list of people that I think need to be more visible at night when they are out on the trail. I ride a bike with both a headlight and taillight, but I added these armbands and chest lights so make myself be seen better. Easy to put on. Easy to charge with the included split cable that charges both armbands from one USB port. With multiple colors, you'll probably be able to choose one that suits you. I use the red in flashing mode.

I am on a dragon boat team that practices year round. We practice on two nights from 5:45p-7:15p. It's completely dark on the water. Since it's a team sport, we need to be in sync--tough when it's dark. We wear LED bands for two reasons: so we can see the strokes of the other team members and for safety. These work really well. You can pick from a number of different colors and solid or flashing light just by pressing the on/off button. Glad I bought them.

they are snap bracelets and they work as advertised. they are just not as pretty as the picture. they are cheap and rough around the edges and the plastic doesnt diffuse the light so you see the lights through the plastic.

Does fit around wrists its a little slippery moves around the arm. It’s a little bright. Functions off a charge which takes a while. Very durable easy to use and charge

I'm a small person and these bands fit my arms well. I like the selection of colours, I especially love the multicolour option. The LED's are nice and bright.
