Bought this for my elderly cat and both of my cats go insane for this. My younger cat screams and goes wild for even thought of even a bite. I have tried other foods,but this one is the winner.

The most effective dry food we've found for helping our older cat thrive with kidney disease. She has been eating this for the past month and we've noticed an improvement in the quality of her coat and she is maintaining a healthy weight. She loves the taste and she is eating like she was when she was a kitten. She's 13 years old and just diagnosed with an under-performing kidney. My old cat just loves this dry food, more than her favorite treats. She is capable of eating the entire bag if left unattended. Very recommended.

My cat was having tummy issues and becoming a picky eater so we started feeding him this kidney care food and he seems to really like it. My only negative is that it should be cheaper, because it is a pretty small bag.

You need a veterinarian's prescription to buy this. I needed KD for my cats kidney disease this food has no medication in it, it just missing somethings regular cat food has. My cat hated it. Even mixing it with some regular food or by self. Didn't matter solid or wet food. My cat wouldn't eat it. Unfortunately 11 months after my cat was diagnosed with kidney disease he passed away. This food doesn't cure the disease its just suppose to help them some. Since this disease is not curable just love them till the end. My cat stopped eating, drinking going to bathroom 3 days prior to death

This food actually slowed the progress of my cats early kidney disease. He is 15.5 and I have been feeding him this food for a year. It’s the best!
