I chose these clamps over other more popular brands because they offered a higher clamping force for the same price range. I'm not disappointed, they are strong and of substantial build for heavy duty work.The box however burst open in shipping and the clamps spilled out inside the larger Amazon box amongst other products I ordered - luckily no damage but I had to tape the box up to make it useful for conveniently storing the clamps after use - appears the box wasn't even taped up and has no functional tabs to help keep it closed.My only gripe with these clamps is with the design of the soft boot/cover on the fixed clamp end - yes it works to prevent damage to the clamped piece but under moderate clamping force will distort and tend to slide off when the pressure is released - a bit of a design flaw.

Easy to use and strong hold. Will be getting other sizes soon. Makes wood crafts easier and less difficult for me.

Good vice grips. I'm not a carpenter, but these do everything that I need. They open very wide and secure well. I found them very easy to adjust.

The product photos are a little misleading. They don't show the full bar, making it look like the clamp portion is larger than it is. I uploaded a photo you can check out. The length from the top edge of the clamp to the bar is 3 inches so these are mid to small sized clamps. I know one of the product photos does contain the measurements in mm but I didn't pay too much attention to that one.Aside from the size issue, I do like these clamps. Most of my clamps are Jet or Irwin clamps and compared to them, these clamps are pretty comparable. The fit and finish isn't as nice but functionally they work just as good.Speaking of fit and finish, these clamps do have a few areas they can improve on:1. The paint does flake off more easily. It won't come off if you're handling the clamp but I did notice it came off when I was carrying both clamps and the parts were rubbing together.2. Some edges are not eased over very well. These edges won't cut you but they do make it less enjoyable to use.3. The screw on the clamp isn't as smooth as my other clamps. I did spray some oil on the threads to help with this.Overall, these are very minor things and I'm happy with these clamps.

Built a handful of 8’ long shelves and used these to secure front stripping onto the shelves to hold a tight seam while gluing and nailing them on. No complaints at all currently. They’re lighter duty clamps, use accordingly and you’ll be happy.

Si inicias en el mundo de la carpinterÃa te recomiendo estas prensas de muy buena calidad es decir son de metal no se si sea acero pero son de metal y ajustan bastante bien, vale la pena.

Excelentes accesorios. Son de agarre rápido, ligeros y muy resistentes. Desde que llegaron a mis manos han estado muy activos. Más adelante compraré otro juego.
