I bought this 4-pack along with a Bessey so I could compare. I am equally happy with both purchases. The castings look virtually identical. The threads for accepting the 3/4 pipes are well cut, and the tightening screws works smoothly on both models. The one difference is that the Bessey has rubber pads to protect the wood, though they fit a bit too loosely and can fall off. For the 4-pack I simply bought a pack of 2" self-adhesive felt squares to pad the metal. I have now used them assembling a custom-fit frame and panel door, and they have worked fine to protect the wood.I generally like to go for the best quality for tools that will outlive me, paying it forward, so to speak. But I needed a bunch of clamps for this job (to add to my crusty old Pony pipe clamps). So, I was happy with the price. The savings paid for some router bits, and I think these clamps will serve posterity well.

My second favorite pipe clamps. Only the Besseys are better but these are much less expensive. The Ponys I have that are also much more expensive are not as good.I can tell no difference in clamping performance between any of the 4 brands I have. The Bessey simply have the best action, they slide along the pipes easiest.If I ever need more pipe clamps I will get these.

These 3/4 clamps are heavy, seem well made, and the action is smooth. My only gripe is that the jaws have a bit of a seam line perhaps from their mold. I may need to file that down or perhaps add some felt pads. With a level face I would have given 5 stars, but since these do not come with removable jaw pads… the jaws really should be true and flat. All in all still a good value for the 4 pack

Love these clamps because I can use them with different length bars making them more versatile in my woodworking projects an they don't take up much room for storage

I'm sure you are here to see how these compare to the 3/4" Bessey clamps. These are an exact cast from the same mold as Bessey. Yes, they are minus the black plastic protection and satin red coating, but at $4 less per clamp, it seems worth it if you need many. (In the pictures: The middle clamp is HimaPro. The outer two are Bessey.)
