I bought the fixed in place four-camera system to monitor hidden layers on my model railway, especially noting the monitor and the availability of shifting between cameras readily. Setup was much easier than I expected, literally, plug and play. I did not exercise the cloud storage option as it is not needed, so at the request for my credit card, I just continued without it. The cameras have GREAT depth of field, clearly showing detail from four inches away out to the end of the view, and the various night view functions work well. The cords for the camera power are ten feet long, so, for my application, a single power strip feeds all four cameras. (The plugs are oriented so that one plug covers a couple of slots, however, so a square power strip or block would work better.) Judging from the available menu choices, it appears that adding additional cameras will be snap. I also substituted a track ball for the provided mouse with no difficulty. The on-screen "keyboard" is somewhat tedious to use for text entry, but is also seldom used. Over all - a good system for the cost.

I recently purchased the; Hiseeu Wireless Pro Wi-Fi Security Camera system, 16 CH 4K NVR Kit, with 12 pcs of 5MP CCTV Home Security Cameras from Amazon. The installation was flawless, very quick setup, I plugged up all cameras before installing them in their final locations around our home. I installed the NVR in a good and secure location that was as high as possible. I plugged NVR into a Power surge protector strip and connected it to a monitor with a HDMI cable for view on setup.Setup via on screen prompts was very quick and simple. All, of the cameras were paired up with the NVR very quickly, within about one two minutes, this was done automatically without any input from me and without any hook up to the NVR.Hookup to our Home network; I chose the wireless method to our household router, the NVR shows you available networks, it was very quick, I only had to choose my router and enter my router password, connection was quick, I then had to select and install the EceeCloud APP, this was with using Q codes on the screen, The EseeCloud allows you to view the cameras from anywhere around town or around the world on your smart phone or computer! After installing the APP on your phone or computer you just follow setup instructions and enter your System Cloud ID number found in the setup and available on the screen when you are viewing the camerasCamera install was the hardest for me and my wife we are in the 70’s and it take a little longer but it was accomplished without and difficulties, you just need to decide where you want them and the area you want to cover before you take them out for install. You need to set the viewing area up down right left this can be some-what done before installing the camera but has to be tweaked after mounting. The cameras come with built-in speakers in the camera so you can hear one-way what is going on outside.The infer-red in the camera for night viewing is incredibly good and covers the viewing area very well.This system comes with a great warranty and covers one year from the time of purchase. We also purchased the extended warranty from Amazon for added protection, as with all new electronic devices and appliances I believe this will save you headaches in the future if you run into problems down the road.I am incredibly pleased with this system!

After purchasing this items and having it installed and also purchasing an additional camera. The 4 camera that came with the bundle 3 of the 4 cameras worked properly but the 4th camera would not connect and still hasn’t been auto connect the 4th camera. Now, as stated, I did purchase a 5th camera that was install led and connected properly. After being sent another system, it was advised to take a camera front the box and install that camera which in turn still wouldn’t connect to the system. The installer attempted to connect all the cameras in the box none in which would not connect to the system. Bottom line, I am unable to connect but 4 cameras to a 16 channel system. That’s have been a nightmare, I have spent addition money for the installer to come out both time they had to come out to attempt to connect the additional cameras. It certainly not worth the time or money spent on this system. No help from Amazon or the seller tech support!

If you need to reset the camera and pair it again, it is also very easy. I got it working instantly. The quality of the video is PRO. First time. I tried it wasn't recording till I realized the power brick for the box was wrong. It works and records flawlessly I gave 4 stars now only because 1 camera out of 4 doesn't work. Other than that its quite fine. Just make sure to use the correct power brick for the box.

The motion detection, Signal Strength works very well. I had a little problem connecting and setting it up my self, so I called the number in the manual, and the customer service and technical support helped me by walking me through the process. I followed instructions and connection was completed in quick time. The company needs to work a little harder on quality. I used some glue and fixed a piece of black trim that was loose. Overall the quality was good for the price. I will upload a video later. I hope I do not have to downgrade my rating.
