I have used the replacement parts for a year, and they are high quality and have held up great. The fit was perfect, and they were easily installed.

I was about to throw away my grill that I purchased at Home Depot and decided to do some googling. In the process of searching, somehow I came across the idea that I could simply replace a bunch of parts. These worked great. Not only was the replacement process quick and easy, but the parts supplied are heavier duty than what came with the grill originally. I’m so glad I didn’t throw away the grill and just bought this inexpensive package of parts so that I could do a little rebuilding.

So far so good just one cons one of the parts was bended otherwise work fine and fair price perfect for avoiding high prices on new grills today.

6-29-23First, shopping for this, the sellers 'store' kept sending me to the 4-pack page, had a pic or two with 5 burners, wasn't sure what I might get, but needed 5-burner. Somehow came up with the page for the 5-pack. Ordered, and hoped. (Looks like the page has since been updated with a 4-burner/5-burner selection button. TY.)Item came as an over-stuffed 4-pack, with extra equipment for the 5th burner slid inside. The box was packed tight, but just fine. The igniter elements are all the same length - maybe 3 feet? - where the originals were sized by distance from the burner to the igniter control. The closest needed only about 6 or 8 inches, etc. You may want to get some zip-ties or plastic twisty-closures, to neaten up the extra length. The generic, not-quite-this-model instructions sort of helped... but not too much. Was easy enough. The igniter slipped in through a hole on an already-attached-to-the-burner-element bracket, and fastened down with one screw (and washer.) Very easy. Screw seemed stainless. Came in a bag with 10 screw/washers/nuts. I used 5 screws/5 washers. The screws and nuts looked stainless. The washers seemed like galvanized instead of stainless steel. Used them anyway. You can tweak the bracket angle with a slight bend, after the igniter is attached. When replacing, reach under the front and guide the element onto the gas port, and then get the far end settled onto the tab. The igniter wire made a tight turn at the front to get through the wire-port to the outside of the burner cavity, but seems OK.New clips were not included, but these are basically springs (not softer-metal cotter-pins) that can be carefully worked off while removing the old elements. You can use one set of pliers to grab the ring, and a needle-nose to guide the elbow on the one side of the spring element through the hole. Or guide the straight side as you wiggle the elbow side through the hole? I removed 4 intact, and had enough left of #5 to bend a new elbow in it. (Broke the one before I got the technique down. I broke it trying to unbend the spring. You can do this a little, but not too much.)From here, just plug the fasteners on the end of the igniter wires into the igniter control box, tighten up the cables, and go.So: Long wires, tight bend of igniter wire to leave cooking cavity, galvanized washer, no new springs, and slightly-off instructions (which is mentioned in the instructions) that anyone with common sense doesn't really need. (And if you're fixing a grill, you probably have some.) Otherwise, the rest seems all good, fits well, the steel seems solid. Don't be afraid to pick this up. (WIll add pics when my phone is connected.)Good grill habits/tips: Clean the cooking cavity out regularly for better longevity. Food accumulating on the deflectors and bottom will absorb moisture and cause rust, particularly if the grill is left uncovered. The stainless is pretty much washable. Scrape out any food residue under the burners, as necessary, and then slide that bottom tray off and scrape/clean that thing off. At least a few times a year... c'mon now! And don't be afraid to use some grease-cutting soapy water and a brush in there as necessary. A new, didn't-ever-go-into-the toilet toilet brush might work well for this. (Had to add that qualifier, in case you think like my dad did, God rest his soul.)When you get a cover, also buy a few strong magnets to hold it down. That string just won't work, with a good wind. And a truck blanket over the grill first will prevent tearing your cover on the grill.

The box from Hisencn plainly states box 1 of a set but Amazon only sent one box. The igniters were not included. We send back the first box & re-ordreed. Yup, the second box came and no igniters. Hisencn needs to box both parts into one box or Amazon needs to change their inventory process. The low rating has nothing to do with Hisencn since the product is high quality, easy to install, and works perfectly. Now I need some igniters.

C'est le produit qui va parfaitement avec mon BBQ. Les brûleurs sont parfait, les allumeurs également, en plus des diffuseurs de chaleur qui sont plus larges que les originaux, alors la flamme ne monte pas au dessus et c'est parfait.

All the parts are good , but the sparker wires are the same size , they must be proportional with distance of burners
