How to Rebuild Your Charbroil Grill Burner Repair and Ignitor
Install Burner and Ignitor
First, remove all the old parts, firmly install the electrode at the snap position of the grid burners, and connect the wire.
Fixed Burners and Ignition Box
Second, hold the side channel and carryover tubes in place with cotter pins.
Test the Ignition Device
Third, light them and check the flame of the burners. Blue flame represents full combustion.

As advertised. Was able to complete the part swap in about 30 minutes. Hardest part was removing the old parts and fishing through the wiring for the new igniters. Needed some pliers to get some of the old parts out (due to corrosion and rust), but no tools needed to install the new parts. Works beautifully, and now spreads the flame evenly. New life breathed into this 10 year old grill for a very affordable price!

Good quality. All parts fit my grill perfectly except for the heat tents. They were like 1/8" too short. They looked exactly the same but a bit too short when compared to my originals. So they fit really sloppy. They will work if you position them just right though. Slide them to the rear. I didn't have to do that with the originals. They rested perfectly on the front and rear ledges.

They work fine, and it’s a lot cheaper to replace a few parts than to get a new grill.

This product is good for replacing the burners, air channels and heat shields on my Char-Broil 4 burner grill.The set also includes replacement igniters for the grill and side burner. Instructions are straight forward and easy to follow but there was a problem with the heat shields. They have an adjustable width and the directions show a separate hole for the bolt and wing nut. This is not the case as you have to force one of the bolts into the slot for adjusting the shield. Not too difficult but not easy either. Also be aware that the ends of the shield adjustable piece is not the same. One side is straight and the other is on an angle. I didn't realize it when I assembled the first one but corrected it. I guess some grills use the angled side.

Tried a few others that where much lighter and thinner. These were heavy duty and quality stainless. Glad I looked around and found these. So fair warning, not all replacements are equal. Fit my Charbroil perfectly!

This was exactly what my BBQ needed! I had my BBQ for a couple of years and instead of looking for something new these parts were a simple fix. Thankfully I can hold on to the rest for future.

The heat shields on mine are straight 90 %. These are angled didn’t quit fit my bbq but still a great deal As the parts I did need fit perfectly and saved me buying a new bbq.
