These aren't flimsy connectors like some I have purchased in stores. Worked well on 10 gauge wiring I made for use on battery terminal connections. I remove the included yellow plastic and use color coded shrink tube instead. It should provide years of trouble free service.

The problem I needed 5m these were to small not made bad. The over priced Morris with a picture that fools you were about the same. To get a real heavy duty terminal you might have to go to an electric supply for 10 of them.

After using these terminals for various electrical projects, I wanted to share my thoughts.First and foremost, I must commend the HKS store for providing a large quantity of terminals in one package—100 pieces means you have plenty of options for multiple projects or replacements. The tinned red copper material is a good choice for electrical connections, helping to prevent corrosion and ensuring a reliable connection.In terms of usability, the terminals are thin and flexible, which makes them relatively easy to work with. They can easily be bent with your fingers, which is both a pro and a con. On the one hand, this flexibility allows for easier manipulation in tight spaces. On the other, I found myself wishing for a sturdier, thicker material. Upon measuring, I discovered that these ring terminals are only about 0.6mm thick. While they do crimp and create a secure connection, I can't shake the feeling that thicker material would provide a more durable and robust solution, particularly for high-usage applications.The crimping process itself was straightforward, and I did not encounter any issues getting a solid connection. However, my main concern lies with the longevity of these crimps. The thinner material raises doubts about their ability to hold up over time and with repeated use. I hope that they perform well, but I’ll be monitoring them for signs of wear or failure.Overall, the HKS Insulated Ring Terminal set is a practical choice for those who need a large quantity of electrical connectors at a reasonable price. They work adequately for most basic applications, but if you foresee needing them for demanding tasks or high-stress environments, you might want to consider looking for a thicker gauge option. For casual use, these terminals should suffice, but be mindful of their limitations. I would recommend them with the caveat to keep an eye on the connections over time.

Needed some connectors with wider ring to attach to deep cycle marine battery posts. I use the batteries for downriggers as well as Minotaur electric trolling unit. These work great. The gauge wire is smaller than these have but these crimp easily and secure the wire perfectly. Very happy with these connectors
