We purchased this shirt for sun protection during a day trip to the zoo. It was a very HOT day, but with the white, lightweight shirt- child kept cool. Add in the hood with a sun hat and our child was protected, even in spots that tend to get burnt more ofter- like neck, shoulders, ears, etc. ðŸ‘ðŸ‘

These things are so light and nice. They are my favorite shirts now. Long sleeve for summers seems wrong but it actually keeps you cooler. On really hot days get the shirt wet under the sink, ring it out then wear it. It's like your own personal air conditioning. When washing be sure there's no Velcro exposed or it will stick to your shirt and make it look bad.

I love this shirt. I like its versatility, appearance, texture, and color. It can be used during hot weather like hiking and can used in swimming, it kept you cool and uv-ray protected.

I chose the size I ordered based on the item size guide and unfortunately, it was still too small. The hoodie is lightweight and would be best used on those cool summer nights. I would not recommend wearing it if you are trying to keep warm during the winter because of the material it is made with and how thin and lightweight it is. On the other hand, it is very well made with no fraying or ripped-apart stitching even after its first initial wash.

My son loved the first one I bought him so much he asked for three more so he could have two at school and two at home. They are very comfortable for him even though he runs hot, and he thinks the blue is very flattering with his dark skin and hair.
