I had ordered this after eyeing it for years. I think for the price, it’s a great product. I didn’t have any issues missing parts or hardware. It did take about 1-2 hours to assemble with two people, but I expected that. It seems sturdy, and the cushions aren’t as thin as I expected after reading reviews. I’m pleasantly surprised at how nice the throw pillows are, too. I can’t wait to put it to use.

I love looking at this from across the pool. It makes my pool area look luxurious. The cushion is super thin. I wanted to buy a better cushion but I can't find one that will work with this seat. Assembly was not terrible.

Wow, its beautiful. Its a great addition to my backyard. The cushions are a little thin but surprisingly soft and very comfortable. It's pretty big but not overly big and the overall product is sturdy. Its exactly as decribed. The 4 pieces don't line up exactly perfect once assembled but you only know that if you're the one that put it together, once the cushions are on you really won't notice it. It's also very easy to put together, I did it by myself, just take your time and follow the directions. I did contact the seller and they responded quickly with a solution, they were very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this product and this seller.

The advertising for this product made it look as though it was a sofa big enough for adults. It is not. It is barely large enough for two children under 4 feet tall to lay on comfortably. The assembly is a nightmare. The receiving sleeves for many of the bolts that hold the device together, or bent. the parts do not align correctly, and it took me the better part of a full Saturday to get halfway through the assembly. The design is dreadful, the instructions are in decipherable, it is a terrible product. The cushions are paper them, it arrived in three separate deliveries, and as someone forgot to put the fourth cushion into the proper box, so they crushed it into a third box and it is now permanently mutilated out of shape. Wherever this product is being manufactured, someone if not many persons should be fired immediately. It is a piece of garbage. There is no comfort setting up this unless one is a toddler. It is impossible for an adult to lay down on this "sofa".

I read some reviews saying that some screws or cushions are missing. That was what I was worried about at first when I received 2 huge boxes on the first day. However the 3rd and last box, another huge box, came on the second day. No problems with missing parts.It took me couple hours assembling the whole thing. I did it all by myself and it probably when take less than an hours if there was another helper, since the set is quite big.Once it had been put together, it looks wonderful. It is good for two adults or 3 kids to sit or lay on. It is quite sturdy if no one is going to jump on it.So the daybed is very nice and I likes it a lot.the only issue is the cushion keep flying away in a windy day. Will try to hold it down with some sort of string. Hope it works.

** UPDATE ****After contacting the seller due to the missing cushions they send me a set promptly.Day bed is definitely priced accordingly and it’s comfortable.I am satisfied with the customer service, price, quality and product.Hard to assemble but doable. The bottom cushions are very thin; once quarantine is over I’ll get a wider set. My main issue is to that is cameMissing all square cushions. Sent a note to seller to see how the customer service and warranty is. I’m sure the cushions will improve the confort and overall rating.

Assembled and ready for the pool deck. Took about 2 hours to assemble, instruction were accurate. Well constructed, cushions are thin, but great value for the price.
