I got this for exercising and it's perfect for that! Me and my daughter exercise together in my home several times a week and it was killing out feet and back. But the yoga mats were too small. This is huge and is very easy to roll out and roll back up. And it's thick enough to help with the beating you take from exercising or dancing etc! It's nice and thick and comfortable to roll, jump and dance on. We use this alot! It's definitely not a cheap mat!You also can cut this to size if you need too! Which is great!

Our home has hardwood floors throughout and our daughter took up dancing. We figured hardwood may not be the best floor option for her learning so we started looking into alternatives. We decided to give this Matt a try as the material is heavy enough not to move yet. Provided some cushion for Hershey and small tumbles every now and again from her practice. so far so good. Everything seems to be working out well and d product seems to be doing what it's supposed to do. The floor is heavy and awkward to move once rolled up, but luckily it's not an everyday thing for us.

If the company would role it up on a carboard tube it would save it from the lines and folds in it. We have had this down on the floor for about a month now and it still has not relaxed. there are cresses in it every 4 or so inches the whole length. would not say its thick either for the price you can go to the local box store and get a sheet of linoleum that would be thicker and would relax after about 24 hours.

Large and very heavy. Awkward to work with as it arrived with a distinct bend in it. Was definitely damaged. I had to cut that entire side off. Great for a finished garage where my grandkids run around and play. Just wish it wasn't damaged. Durable and as previously stated, very heavy.
