this product is a POS, ordered twice because the first one came with no instructions, wood pieces broken, screws all over the box. it looked like i received a return box. received the second box, same thing, no instructions, broken wood pieces, screws everywhere. The wood is super cheap quality and handlining the wood i got several wood splinters. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I bought the Porch Potty Product, a little more expensive, but well worth the buy. i give Porch Potty a five star......

We opened the box and it was already used. The wood was chewed up nails were already sticking out of it. My son was scratched by one of the nails. I need to return it but it’s to dangerous to carry it. I had my husband put on work gloves to tape it back in the box. Worst product I’ve ever bought.

Zero stars is accurate! This item is crap. Amazon is crap for even selling this. For $150 I expected a lot better product!! Every piece of “wood†broke putting this POS together. This isn’t even wood, pallet wood is better quality! I want my damn money back, this thing has to go in the trash!!

We recently adopted a little black German Shepherd Dog. She's a peach, and I love her dearly, even though she's finnicky about going to the potty. If it's raining or deep snow she doesn't like to range out to use the restroom. Either she'll just hold it, or will go right on the porch. Neither are ideal. I was trying to find a solution when I saw this.Assembly isn't difficult, but you can tell the fit and finish aren't the greatest. Some of the sections are already splitting. Even still, it all went together.It works! It took a little bit of convincing to get my dog to treat it like real grass, but eventually it took. We can keep this in a covered area so she won't be so opposed to using the restroom in poor weather.Overall I would expect a bit higher quality for the cost, but it works.

This item is a nightmare in a box. It came in super small pieces of wood and had zero instructions on how to put it together. I just returned it. Materials were super cheap. Waste of time.

Packaging was terrible and the materials were not securely attached. Item came broken. Also there are no instructions included
