Works great for transferring from tank to bottler. Variable speed from 1/2 gallon/minute up to 3 gallons/minute. Filter works great to screen out yeast hulls and floaties. Highly recommend!!!

Purchased this pump Oct 2022 and used this pump infrequently. Recently I tried to use this pump to rack my wine from one carboy to another and the flow rate was soooo slow that I discontinued this process. I ran water through this pump for 5 minutes but no luck. If you buy this pump make sure you buy a 3 year warranty from Asurion.

This pump works exactly as advertised. No priming required, just stick the input line into my beer and put the output line into my bucket, and viola, its will transfer the beer in mere moments. Very happy with the unit. The only con is that it is heavy, and the cleanup afterwards is no as straightforward as I would have hoped, but it is a small inconvenience to being able to transfer liquid quickly and easily.

It worked great for almost a year. It quit working and I can’t figure out why, like there’s no power to it. Checked power to the motor with multimeter, it’s good, but motor won’t start. Disassembled pump and no clogs, pump turns freely.

Pump is good. Easy to adjust the pump rate. Issue is with the screen filter. Very difficult to get it to seat correctly. If the base (both ends) of the screen had a solid ring if might be easier to seat the filter correctly.

I own a small commercial winery and process 2000+ bottles per year. I have used another smaller transfer pump but the rate of flow is insufficient. Also, without a prefilter (an option) pieces of oak chips slightly damaged the pump. The H308 pump moves considerably more volume, reducing my transfer time. The included prefilter catches stray pieces of debris. The pump draws from a fermenter without prefiling the hose and is easy to clean. Frankly, I was skeptical considering the price, but was pleasantly surprised at the excellent performance. I recommend it highly.

Just receive my pump in the mail. It arrived with a seriously bad mold infection in the hoses. So, my 'brand new' hoses with have to be discarded. Ran the pump to make sure it works. The variables speed is a nice feature. Extremely disappointed in the mold infection. It should have been shipped dry or have had sanitizer in it. Just got of the phone with Amazon and they are sending me out a new pump.

This pump saved a ton of time when racking our wine. We have only used it for 2 barrels (69 gallons ea), but so far so good.
