I was worried this breadbox would be too rustic looking but didn’t want something just black. This is just rustic enough to suit my decor without being too gimmicky. Doesn’t take up too much room on the counter, yet holds a loaf of bread, a half package of bagels and a bag of pretzels with room to spare. Easy to assemble with no broken parts & no chopped paint. Very pleased!

I absolutely love the vintage.Look of the spread boxIt looks great on my counter, and it is very functional. I've never before used a bread box, and I did NOT know what I was missing. the sun no longer shines on my bread, so it stays fresher. My kitchen looks very nice with it!

Realize you're not getting a thirty-year bread box, and you should be happy with this cute and affordable item. Fairly easy assembly, but watch the orientation if you don't want to remove screws. Size is good, color is great.

The bread box is very nice and very easy to build. I love the wood stain color and size. The only issues is the B and R have white markings which ruin the word. I really wish it came without these scrapes, besides that no issues just upset about it.

It's a very cute bread box, but I was expecting it to be actually black. The description says it's "black", but it looks more like a washed out brown. So now, it doesn't really match my kitchen. I would've chose white had I known.
