Fits my Westinghouse p4500 inverter generator. Had to mostly remove the side panel to get the old plug and spacer out. It was a pain to get the threads started due to the bend in the hose from being in the package but it eventually started and threaded in. There should be a crush washer on the end underneath the plastic cap, be careful not to lose that or it will leak. You have to remove the oil drain bolt, and then remove the spacer behind it, then thread this hose in and tighten with a 14mm box wrench.I used a dremel to notch out the cover as seen in the pictures to give the hose a better/smoother exit point from the generator. The oil is not pressurized and the cap for this tube has an o-ring inside it. Hand tight should suffice, especially since when stored in the generator it is much higher than the level of the oil.My only concern and loss of a star is the hose says it is for water or air. Who knows how long it will last being exposed to oil before it degrades and leaks. I'll keep an eye on it, the generators have a low oil shutdown mode. I'll keep the original drain bolt and spacer in my RV toolbox in case I have to reinstall in a pinch.

does not fit gx 160. this one is about a 1/8' fitting , gx 160 is 1/4'

Bought this for the Honda GX160 engine on my IR Sled Style Air Compressor. Every time I'd change the oil on it, it'd get all over the frame and the wheel and make a huge mess. This little extension gives you more control over where the oil comes out and I know future oil changes will be a breeze. Can't beat it for 20 bucks. May fit other engines as well but I'm not sure. I believe the threads are M10x1.25.

I have these on several pieces of equipment and they work great. I store my equipment in an enclosed shop, so I don't have to worry about UV breakdown, etc.
