I love these little ceramic stands. I paint with watercolors and use several brushes at each painting session. As I change brushes I rest the ones that I'm not using on these ceramic stands to prevent them from rolling off the table. They are nicer than the large multi brush stands because they take up less room on my desk and the set of four individual stands can be moved around as needed. Because they are ceramic they do not stain from the paint.
