I'll give it 5 stars since it probably works great on the right vehicle. I'm guessing that for some odd reason there must be 2 unique distributors for my year and model of car. I have a 98 Accord EX 4 Cyl 4 Door and this 'Honda Genuine 30102-P54-006' distributor cap didn't fit in my case. Amazon said that part number would fit my exact car (actually so did Rockauto and eBay), but it wasn't even close. I've included pictures: Honda on the left, WVE on the right. The 2nd distributor cap I ordered was the WVE NTK 3D1005 (which in this case Amazon was correct in saying it would fit my car and I also double checked the pictures with my old distributor). So I'd say you should make sure you double check the appearance of your distributor with the pictures on Amazon before ordering. By the way, the rotor is also completely different.

I used this to replace the original 23 year old part on my 1998 Honda Civic EX and it was a perfect match. I also replaced the rotor with a genuine Honda part. It's working beautifully.

It seems like this is an original OEM part, too bad for me it doesn’t fit, even after applying the filters and making sure the right vehicle was pre-selected in the Amazon app

OEM parts for OEM fitment. Fit was perfect as expected. Replaced this part and rotor to fix a random misfire I was getting. Running like a champ now!

This fit right on my 1999 Civic EX. I messed up and over tightened one of the new screws and it snapped. Luckily I was able to get the broken section out of the mount, and use a screw from the old distributor cap. It came w/ a gasket that fit right in as well. It's only been a few days, but so far it has worked fine.
