The Honeywell Straight Lever Entry in Satin Nickel is a specially designed pin and tumbler configuration that provides added protection against unauthorized 'bump key' entry. Lock can be easily rekeyed by any locksmith. The lock has a Grade-3 Residential Security; tested by ANSI (American National Standards Institute) to meet standards for residential security. Adjustable latch fits 1-3/8" 1-3/4" thick doors and 2-3/8" 2-3/4" adjustable backset. Installs easily with a Phillips screwdriver when holes are predrilled into door. Can be installed on the left or right handed doors for your convenience. Includes an adjustable latch, adjustable backset, mounting hardware, instructions, drilling template and two (2) large head entry keys. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

This fixed a couple of things for me, a lost key from the old knob and made it easier to operate for a disabled guest that uses the room in which the replacement doorknob was needed.

The cylinder with the catch does not stay in the hole. It rocks and the Mechanism sticks. You have to jiggle the handle to get it to come out. I will have to take the cylinder out and modify the door hole to make it tighter.

I BBQ on my balcony frequently and I wanted a straight door handle to enable me to go in and out the balcony door without having to set down my food tray or to leave the door partially open. This product completely meets this need.Highlights--Super easy to install; I was able to take out the old door lock and replace all of the hardware with this new hardware in less than 30 minutes--Clear, high-quality look with the Satin Nickel coating; the installed hardware looks great--Smooth mechanics; the door opens smoothly and reliably from both the inside and outside and the keys work very well without sticking--Two-way install; some of the other "straight handle" entry hardware that I looked at only worked with the handle installed with the handle going to the right or left side--this handle can be installed either way and that was very helpful when ordering--Value; given the quality of the hardware, ease of installation and smooth operational feel, the hardware, although higher than other lower-end products, represents a great value to meI highly recommend this hardware; I would not hesitate to purchase it again should the need arise.

The door handle was very easy to install, came with all the required items to switch out the old door handle. It is very sturdy and the keys that came with it are made in great quality. The lock opens smoothly with the key and doesn't require any extra force.

Come with 2 keys so I have a spare for my landlord which is nice, the lock is a little stiff and the key doesn't go in as easily as I expected but still works fine.
