Ordered these grill parts because we had a storm come through and blow my grill over causing damage to my grill. These are not OEM parts but they fit perfectly! My grill works better than before! My grill heats up super fast now and the sturdiness of the new parts is amazing! If you didn’t know any better you would think it was OEM parts. You can’t go wrong and you will save money, if I ever need replacement parts again I will re-order again!

Overall I'm not unhappy with the burners or flavorizer bars but it took way more effort than expected. No directions were included so I simply began loosening part of my Weber grill to remove the old burners. Some of the screws were impossible to remove so I had to unbolt the manifold to take the burners out a different way. After getting the old parts out, I began dry-fitting the new burners to see how they'd fit together. Well... they didn't fit. the crossover tube would not go into either of the main burner bars due to the poor factory crimping. I had to find the correct size drill bit to slightly enlarge and reshape the holes. Eventually I got things to fit and installed all of the pieces in my grill. A tap with a chisel again tightened the crossover tube but none of this effort should have been necessary. The new parts look great and seem to ignite and burn correctly. I hope they last as long as the original pieces.

I purchased this set two years ago for my aging Weber 1000. I've been delaying the install of these components as I've been trying to prolong the use of the original components by keeping the components clean. This weekend was reckoning day for the replacement of my original flavor bars due to heavy rust and I had too many that had tiny holes which were causing flare ups during grilling. I replaced the gas and crossover tubes at the same time. The whole job took me 10-15 minutes as I've done this task before on one of my other Weber grills. Grilled a 3 pound Tri-Tip last night and it came out great and no flare ups. I recommend this for those looking to replace the internal components to your vintage Weber grill.

Having a very old Weber which still cooks wonderfully, but needed replacement flavorizer bars, I am so pleased to have found ones which fit perfect and gives me, hopefully, many more years of use. Came with the replacement burner tube kit, which I will store until it too needs replacing. I am just hoping that these new bars last for a long time. Only time will tell. Check with me in a year and I will give my opinion at that time.

Très bon achat compte tenu que je devais acheter ces deux items séparément. Seul bémol, le boyaux de jonctions qui relie les trois brûleurs est légèrement court. Mais si on ne bouge pas le bbq, tout va bien.
