The clips were a little tight for thicker wire but worked well with a little pressure. Easy to install.

These are nice light string hooks. They work well. My main question is how long will they last in the Texas summer sun? The sun gets brutal and an I am thinking that a year or two and these will be toast. We shall see.So far, I like them and am happy to have them.

I plan to use these around a back porch. Ideally I would use metal clips for longevity but am trying these plastic clips. Comes with screws. These will work really well with the strip lights I recently purchases.
