Toilet arrived quickly and in perfect condition, well packed. The toilet was fairly easy to install, includes wax ring and all hardware needed.. and it works flawlessly. Seems high end, smooth porcelain, nice finish throughout.. even has slow close toilet seat included. Highly recommend.. Also great price.

The two-piece toilet comes complete, wax ring and seat, in one 95 pound box. The first toilet I received arrived broken, even though the box and packing were not damaged. The second free replacement arrived 2 weeks later and was easily installed. The flush is powerful and very quiet. Highly recommend this toilet, especially for seniors or individuals with mobility problems; the toilet has a 17" chair height.

I am a 70plus survivor of polio. I basically just transfer from point A to point B; it just makes my bathroom life easier. It helps me maintain my independence without the fear of falling. It’s the first time I purchased a toilet with a top center flush handle and I like that too. My handyman said it was an easy job! It looks great!

I like the height,it takes a bit of getting used to. But the older I get the more I'll appreciate the height LOL The toilet does leave a slight ring in the bowl,but the seller was terrific and took good care of the problem. This is a very good company to buy from and their C/S is better than any of the companies I've ever had to deal with. Would I recommend them? Yes I would,in a heart beat ! !
