I only needed 2-3" pieces of this bar to weld on my hustler ztr mower to extend the height of the steering bars, instead of paying $100 for $15 worth of bolts and aluminum flat bar. It cuts, drills & welds nice. I saved a lot buying on here compared to a 5' minimum purchase locally. This is the 2nd piece i got from this place as the 1st one never made it to my house. It was shipped in a thin brown amazon bag and tore through & fell out before it got to me. I talked to customer service and requested a replacement be shipped in a box & they agreed that it should not have been shipped out in just a bag. The sent the 2nd one the same way, it arrived with a hole in the bag but the bar was there this time.

Well I don't know what to say about a piece of steel but it was clean, sized correctly and worked well in my application.
