This is a very sturdy hand rail when everything is installed properly & tightened. However, the ability to swivel the rail around to better assist with getting out of the tub is not quite as practical as I'd like. Being able to easily swivel requires leaving the 3 thumb screws on the post somewhat loose, which makes the rail lest sturdy. Alternatively, you would need to reach out of the tub, loosen the 3 screws, swivel the rail inward, and re-tighten. Then would need to repeat that process to swivel back out to close the tub cover.Also had a small challenge installing the base of the railing. Had to drain our tub and use a car jack to raise the tub enough to slide the base under the hot tub at the desired location (we have a 7-person Hot Springs tub, which is too heavy for me to lift at all even when empty). I thought using the car jack was a pretty ingenious trick to allow me to install the base on my own.

Easy to install. Be prepared to drain your tub so you can slide the base plate under it, but once you do you’ll have a solid handrail to assist you getting in and out safely.

These steps are very sturdy and can raise high or low and left or right with ease. It has a light on it to brighten the step at night. I have struggled getting in and out of the hot tub, but not anymore! Highly recommend.

Handle is completely damaged. The light that comes with it is garbage also. There is on off switch. Comes with USB charger but no on off switch. What a waste of money

Works really well for us. We attached it to the Jacuzzi wall top and bottom since I could not slide the bottom plate under the Jacuzzi. We feel more secure getting in and out.

Mi jacuzzi cuenta con una base de concreto y no se puede deslizar la estructura debajo, tuve que colocarla debajo de la escalera y enclarla en el piso, pero entonces la dirección del barandal no queda bien segura pues las perforaciones del tubo no coinciden.Mi sugerencia al fabricante es que realice perforaciones en el tubo para poder asegurar bien el pasamanos, para los que tengan un caso similar al mÃo.
