The first one I received had a manufacturer defect but the second one I bought was spot on. The first one was subject to the flaws other reviews mentioned, cars not staying on the track and the cars not making it around. this was due to the piece with the Goomba, he was turned backwards which did not let the piece sit right on the floor. When I purchased the 2nd one, it was good and the cars zip around very nice and my son loves it! Top heavy cars, like King Boo and Toad don't work well because their heads are too big and heavy. When the batteries start to fade (usually about a good 3-4 weeks of good use like 3 hours a day), the booster won't send them around as fast as they should but when you put in fresh batteries, everything is right. I need to figure out how to mod it to have a plug in 9V supply instead of using batteries.

Okay the boys were really excited when they saw the package. It took no time to put together. Very durable, made especially for boys. This is something that they can enjoy, and their kids can enjoy it too. Now that's value! The car speed around the track, never fall off, and it works with regular Hot Wheels. Now that is sound quality.

Bought this for my grandson’s birthday. He played with it for hours on the first day. (So much so that he developed a bruise on his hand from starting the cars). The cars sometimes fall off the track as they make the first turn. The one additional downside was that it only came with two cars (Mario and Yoshi) and he would have preferred Mario and Luigi. We searched everywhere for more cars and finally found them through the local ACE hardware. They had to special order a whole lot of random Mario related cars. They called my daughter when they came in and she was able to get some of the cars she was looking for which she put in their Christmas stockings.

My son wanted to love this. But it doesn’t work. If you use just the exact right amount of pressure to hit the launchers, you can get the cars to go around for a couple of laps. Each launcher needed a different amount of pressure to get the car going just right. So it was impossible to get both going at once. The vast majority of the time, the cars fell off around the first curve. My son was in tears and frustrated, because when he did get it to go, he loved it. For this price, the product should work. We are done with Hotwheels forever. Their products never work anymore.

Ho comprato questa pista per mio nipote di 6 anni e ci si è divertito tantissimo. Ha fatto correre 4 automobiline insieme provando poi a farle uscire di pista con l'apposito pulsante. Ben fatta e facile da montare e smontare. Unico neo, il meccanismo che dà la spinta alle auto è un po' rumoroso, ma credo sia inevitabile.
