These adapters connect two male hose ends or a male hose to a spigot. They are made from solid brass and include the washers for both sides. This allowed me to connect the city water to my well pump for priming using a long garden hose. (Be careful not to let any well water to enter your residence!)The adapter fits well and doesn’t leak.

Very happy with this item. The connecting ends twist in the middle & allowed easy installation of my garden lead-in hose to my hose reel. And, no leaks! Will be purchasing a second set to have on hand if needed in the future.

Not much to say about this one, except that it does exactly what it says it does: it allows you to quickly and easily adapt a male-to-male hose connection. In my case, it was a male replacement hose end that I wished to connect to the male end of my hose reel, replacing the shoddy hose that was included with the hose reel. This item plus a much sturdier male-end hose fit the bill admirably and gave me a great connection to my hose outlet.A quick tighten with vise grips on each end did the trick, did not scratch the finish in the slightest, and the included washers prevented any drips. Two replacement washers are included that you can add to what is no doubt (if you're anything like me) a large connection of them. And the connector looks great once it's in place.A good product at a good value!

Whats to say, they are a coupler and work as such. They could be slightly longer, but that’s just my opinion. They work perfectly for what I needed them do. Material is quality, not too thin as I was worried they might be considering the low cost. Definitely worth the price.

Of the pair, one appears to be leaking, as the hose below it is wet on the underside.I tightened it a few times, but have been unable to stop the leak. Though it appears that it might be such a small gap that my hard-water may be slowly filling it in, as the leak is almost non-existent.
