- Timer Function: The LED candles have timer function. Just set the switch to the on state at the time you want it to start and it will turn on the same time every night and run for about 6 hours. Exactly what I was hoping for. They came packaged very well. I was extremely impressed. They are very lightweight. I’m using them for our front porch, & it’s very windy here, so I’m just going to run a screw through the base & secure them to my deck.
