recently, they recommended me to have one in case of an emergency for each of my kids and myself. they are of good quality and the best part is that we got three of them one for each of the member of my family. The noise is loud and we feel safe with it.

Pretty disappointed in these compared to the orange plastic emergency / hiking whistles. Just thought I would try these because it would look a bit nicer around my neck. Turns out being vain is not as safe, lol! They are not nearly as loud!

They are loud, very load, but they lose their color fast. I put one on my keys in-case i'm at a store or parking lot. Its so scratched up and beat up, and its only been like 2 months I put on my keys. It looks like its a 100 years old and been through a war or 3. It is loud tho, so if that is all you care about, I would recommend it.

Unbelievable value, well made and incredibly loud. I live on the coast where it blows a gale most days and I needed a whistle for my dogs that they could hear over the wind-wow, that’s covered now. I’ve just bought another lot for my friends with dogs. I prefer the metal to plastic too.
