Love it when they say heavy duty wow they sure mean it ..The crome visor is really nice and shiny the crome is amazing and the skull emblem in the middle its details is also amazing it goes with my skull theme I have going on my 86 Honda shadow 500. It doesnt matter if it's made for a Harley's 7 inch headlight is a 7 inch the last review I seen says that the coating rubbed off easy no it doesn't I polished it before I installed it and the crome on the visor is next to none now I cant speak for the orginal visor I ordered the HTTMT which is the visor with the skull ..I know that this will last for many years to come since my bike always is garaged kept and never is ridden in the rain or winter..

I put this on my 99 Honda shadow aero 1100c3 it fit perfect had to flex it a little to fit inside the light housing but it worked out great

This chromed out beauty looks awesome atop my new LED lamp. Just the look I was going for. Tho - like others said, it may be a a little loose - and may need to be shimmed per install. I had to add a little more curve to the metal to get it to fit properly, just work it with your hands so you don't warp the metal! Worth the effort, and looks great with the spot hoods I picked up as well.

So I installed this on 2001 Indian Drifter, AKA Kawasaki Vulcan Drifter. It is not an easy installation and it requires some type of adhesive to stay in place. I opted for clear rtv on my install.Right out of the box I had to reshape mine to curve around my 7" headlight bucket. You have to be careful not over do it and crack the metal. It is def made cheaply with weak chromium that scratches and tarnish easily just by wiping it clean.During my installation it developed several scratches that I had to buff and during the process I managed to buff-out the chrome. There's now a dark yellowish spot on the center of visor.This thing will not hold out under the weather. My bike lives inside a garage but I can only imagine someone leaving the bike outside will see degradation rather quickly.

This did not fit my bike. The headlamp retaining ring has a bolt that prevents the chrome cover from fitting flush once the visor is installed. I could not find a way to modify the visor to allow flush installation. Not a bad product but just not a good fit for my bike.
