Updated pt 2: I received the new machine in perfect condition. I have not used the new one yet, but did thoroughly review the machine for any defects. The customer support from Zoe was timely, communicative, polite and thorough. I appreciate all the seller has done to ensure satisfactory customer service. Changed to 5 stars.Update: was contacted by seller and they will be submitting a full replacement. The customer service was amazing and timely. placing at a 4 star until the new equipment arrives and is thoroughly looked at.Got our Heat Press today. My husband set it up and we realized the knob that tightens the pressure was cracked and one turn it started falling apart. I’m assuming something happened in transit?! Hoping to hear from the seller to get support - Amazon doesn’t seem to have the right option for this.The item heats up nicely and does iron on great… just would like a replacement knob

This press is DOPE! Using HTV on shirts and hoodies is a new hobby of mine that I'm considering doing professionally (on Etsy). I watched several videos before purchasing, so I had done my research. The heat dispersion is even, and tested, so it heated to exactly what the thermometer read (so it's accurate). 330 degrees for 30 seconds, and everytime the HTV has pressed on with this without issue. The machine looks aggressive, but it's super easy to use. (also easy to learn). I have had mine for a few months and I love it. Highly recommend to anyone looking to apply heat transfer vinyl on clothing. You really get a lot of value for the money you spend here, and it's coat effective. The functionality of this press is without flaws. I'm happy I found this one.

Pros:Aesthetically pleasing with nice cosmeticsSwivel feature is decent but mid-tier—does the job, but nothing specialHeats up fast, which is great for efficiencyCons:The system is frustrating—there’s no simple way to reset the timer. To reset it, you have to keep increasing the time, which is cumbersome and poorly designed.The pressure is abysmal. Out of 20 shirts, only 3 came out properly on the first press. The lack of even pressure across the platen makes it unreliable, and this adds a lot of wasted time and materials.Durability is a huge issue. After just a few uses, the twist knob that adjusts the pressure broke. I wasn’t even over-tightening, but the poor pressure system forces you to apply more pressure than it can handle. I’ve seen other reviews with the same issue, so it’s clearly a design flaw.Overall:While the heat press may look appealing for beginners, its functionality leaves much to be desired. It’s more hassle than help. The inability to reset the timer, the inconsistent pressure, and the fragile build make this a poor choice for anyone serious about pressing shirts. You’ll end up wasting materials and time trying to get it to work properly. For the same price, you’d be better off with a Chinese alternative, or if you’re committed to this brand, invest in a higher-end model. Unfortunately, despite its good looks, the performance and durability just don’t measure up.

I won't even go into to trouble I have with heat presses! Do not and I repeat do not buy a Vevor auto press!! Took me 6 months to get my money back after a lot of stress.I decided I was gonna go with a reputable brand and I went with HTVRont. So far I love it and it works! (Unlike the Vevor auto press)There are reviews stating the plastic pressure attachment breaks so I got a 3 yr warranty to be safe.The only caveat is the mat is not good at all and needs to be replaced before use. Fortunately I have 2 firm mats (the ONLY thing good Abt the Vevor machine) from the 2 Vevor heatpress POJs that I got so I undid the the mat cover and replaced it with one of those and couldn't be happier! I do love that the mat attaches to the machine so it doesn't move around, however, it does need a better mat in the cover.So there is my 2 cents worth.You can't go wrong with this heatpress! And if they ever make an auto press with adjustable pressure I'll likely get it!On a side note their sub paper is great too!

Rotatable Heat Plate: The 15x15 inch heat plate swings 180° to the left or right, smoothly, allowing you to position your materials easily. The temperature can be adjusted (140°F to 410°F) and time (1 to 999 seconds) with ease. Plus, toggling between Celsius and Fahrenheit is as simple as a long press of the temperature button. The heat was evenly distributed, and the designs adhered perfectly. The process was smooth, and the machine performed flawlessly. I’m excited to create more projects with it!

This is a 15x15 press. I have had zero issues with this. It’s 100% well made and is adjustable if needed. I didn’t adjust mine as I didn’t need to. The pressing is crisp and provides a great finished pressed look. I’ve used this in sublimating with a piece of card stuck down first, then my project, then a sheet of butcher paper. Usually pressed for 40 seconds for sublimating. Works great! Extremely happy with it and the white finish as well as craftsmanship!!!

The first few times I used the machine I was thoroughly impressed by the ease of use vs what Cricut has to offer. HOWEVER, I’m on my 2nd machine because the tension knob at the top is made of plastic, first machine broke the knob off within 30 days so I received a replacement from Amazon. Now I’m another 30 days in and the new machine has suffered the same issue. The machine is still usable, but it’s a pretty big design flaw IMO to have the tension knob be a true plastic part and clearly is not reliable.

I love the swing away feature. The pressure knob broke within a month of using. I reached out to the manufacturer and they worked with me diligently until the problem was fixed. It keeps even temperature, and pressure. I love the size of it, it’s big enough to do full size projects but compact enough not to be in the way. My only complaint is I wish the timer started when you start pressing. Most of the time I forget to start the timer. Otherwise it’s a great product.

So unfortunately it is being returned but will purchase another one to replace it.

DO NOT BUY - the voltage is not compatible with UK electricity. The machine constantly blows a 13amp fuse and is dangerous. UK electricity is 230 this is 110. I missed the return date and now I have a machine that does not work and paid huge amounts of money to Amazon.com. I have tried to contact Amazon with absolutely no success.Very disappointing and frustrating. Reluctantly had to give this 1 star, it certainly does not deserve it.

Researched a few heat presses and this one was by far a great price and the size is awesome!! Was concerned about the pressure knob crumbling, but I've had nothing but success with this machine. Do not hesitate to buy one.
