How to Use
1.Wash garment before applying patch. Before the patch placed, keep the surrounding area clean and free of thread debris.
2.Home Iron: Turn your iron on ''Cotton'' or set iron to 330℉.
3.Repair Hole: Cut patch slightly larger than area to be mended (around 2 cm or more to ensure the bond is firm ) Place a piece of paper between the two layers old jeans before applying patch, so they do not get stick together.
4.Working on a firm, protected surface, use iron/heat press to preheat area of garment where patch will be placed. Place the patch on the desired part of your garment and cover the patch with teflon or other cover sheet. (Never apply hot iron directly to patch )
5.Ensure shiny side down on garment.
6.Home Iron: Iron the front side of the patches firmly for 40s and iron the back side of the patches firmly for 30s with heavy pressure .
7.Please make sure the edges are ironed firmly. if not, please repeat ironing.(Free sewing needles and threads we provided you )

I've seen a few reviews that claim these patches lose adhesion after one (or two) washes. Well, I'm on my 4th wash with these patches and they are just as secure as when I first ironed them on. They are sturdy as well!No complaints. I might order some more, they work so well.UPDATE: June 23, 2024OK, so I recieved these patches on March 28, which means I probably applied them on March 30. Five days ago I noticed one of the patches had peeled about one third of the way off. I applied another patch on top of it oday. So the patch lasted about 2 and a half months and it wasn't completely off, but enough were I needed to add another one. Since i was everything on every Saturday, that's about 10 washes. If half of the patches had failed in 2 and a half months, I would still think it was worth it. So, I'm cool with it.

Using these to patch holes in old shorts. Have only had them on for a month or so but so far so good, they've held up with a few washings. I put the patches on the inside.First time using them didn't remove the white wax paper backing, the patches I've used in the past didn't have anything like that on them so wasn't used to that. Was wondering why it wasn't sticking, then realized the problem. The patch still worked fine after removing the paper, was surprised as I had put a lot of heat on it trying to get it to stick.The adhesion seems good, better than the other patches I have (they are small, needed these to patch a larger area). But then again some of those patches are really old so maybe that's why... hopefully these hold up, I'll update my review if they don't!12-21-22: I wore the shorts I used these patches on a lot over the summer and into the fall (SoCal weather) and they went through a lot of washings, still holding strong!

I bought these for my husband's work jeans. He habitually drops down on his right knee to do many tasks. His jeans can look new, EXCEPT for his right knee area. I purchased these to see if I could salvage some more wear out of his jeans by ironing on a patch. The answer is a resounding YES! I ironed the patch on the INSIDE and after much kneeling, washing, drying, and wear, the patch is still on without any lifting of edges. The variety of colors enables a good jean match. Very easy to iron on, just follow their instructions, and the jeans are still in rotation! Definitely worth the cost.
