These are great jugs...heavy duty BPA free jugs...They could be used for water storage..stack nicely in the fridge..We have dairy goats, and use them for milk..they go in the freezer great too

Good quality, very sturdy. I use these jug to ship cleaning solution liquid and it really does the job. The cap is tight and that’s very important.

I chose the Hudson Exchange gallon bottles because of their space-saving shape and because they have secure screw-on caps. For me, it is easier to find room to store the bottles when they have a rectangular cross-section as opposed to a square or round cross-section, because the narrow dimension of the rectangle allows for more options (i.e., more spots in which the bottle will fit). They are rather expensive for empty plastic gallon bottles, but they are of high quality and were the best option for me. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I’ve been using these for almost two years to hold my oil based wood stains. They’re way easier than dealing with metal cans every time. They’ve held up surprisingly well! We clean them with mineral spirits between fillings and they’re ready to go again!
