All pieces and hardware arrived ok. Assembly straightforward, but extra pair of hands helpful to attach chair sides to back. Only four parts to assemble. two chair sides, one back piece, and one seat bottom. You need to keep straight: left side. right side, inside and out side. Looks good and very comfortable. Thick cushions.

If the chairs are uneven, when putting them together; there are numbers in the directions; match them correctly. They give all the tools and parts, I’ve had them for months and nothing but good things to say, nice and comfortable. I smoke cigars in them almost daily, and have friends over also who enjoy them. Any low reviews are user error, period. They took a little to put together, but following directions is easy. They’re a lot roomier than they look, I’m 6’6†and 225lbs, I fit into it and have 4 inches on left and right of my thighs.

This is by far one of the best investments I have made... and it was very easy to put together... just an hour to assemble... electric drill of course... If you are looking for quality and nice piece of outdoor furniture, this is the one... very comfy too!

These chairs are very attractive and really comfortable. I ordered the yellow/beige. These chairs are not yellow, and I was hoping that they wouldn’t be. They are a medium brown. Picture is way off but you won’t be disappointed. They are easy to assemble. Do not pay attention to what people say about it being difficult. If you follow the directions, it will tell you not to tighten up the bolts until you have the whole chair together. I did not use their Allen wrench. Instead, I used my rechargeable screwdriver and I’m no professional, and it was easy. My one concern is, they will not suit me well for too long. I live on a bay which has saltwater. And I don’t see getting more than four seasons out of these, but I knew when I purchased them, deciding to go more economical to see how I do.

Very well made patio chairs however, not as comfortable as I expected. Not enough support for your back, need an extra cushion for more support. I do love the supportive arms & high back. I wouldn't buy again...

These outdoor chairs are really well made. They are very stylish. I love the height of the back of the chair which offers nice support. The cushion are thick and comfortable to sit on. They are extremely easy to put to together. The key is dont tighten all the bolts until you have all the parts connected. I would buy these chairs again.

Yeah, I have been through Ikea's Basic Training but the Chinese who made this beat Ikea. I'm Chinese American by the way. So I read plenty of the reviews on how to not tighten the bolts before everything was in place and most people said it wasn't so hard to assemble. I actually did the first chair by myself with no problems. A bit of reaching on hands and knees and turning the chair in my lap but I did it. Maybe I got too confident. By the second chair, something didn't fit right. The problem was the curve of the rattan was too much and the provided larger bolt could not reach the designated bolt hole. I tried pushing the rattan, flattening the curve but of course that didn't work. I decided going to the hardwood store and getting a longer bolt was better than returning the chair or even notifying the seller and waiting for them to ship me a new arm piece or longer bolt. So for $1.49 I got a longer bolt, not black but come on, it fit and the rattan pretty much hides the shiny bolt. And now both chairs are assembled and comfortable and easy to get in and out, feels sturdy.
