This party hat is cute but not quite as fluffy or bright in person. The majority of the feather fluff around the top was missing and it ran slightly smaller than I expected.

The product was supposed to be fluffy and full at the top. Not at all, the materials were showing in the hat and looked terribly made. Feathers flying everywhere. Save yourself the headache and DON’T BUY THE FEATHER ONE if you want a (possibly) quality product. At least Hampton looked cute in it. Wish it accounted for cat ears so it didn’t flatten them.

The strings were tight for an adult. The hat is more child sized in my opinion. It was for a goofy dance costume so I was able to use it. The cone part is pretty durable and after riding around in a garment bag all the fluffy stuff is still attached.

Got this for my kitty's 1 year gotcha day and he was so cute, yes he has an RBF but he was rewarded w/ catnip and treats for tolerating being dressed up!
